EP11: 5.5 Inches [in 6 Weeks] – The Training Works!

Leveling up my vertical game!

It’s been 6 weeks since I tested my vertical. ┬áMy original numbers were:

May 30th:
Standing – 9’7″
Running Jump – 10’1/2″

July 4th:
Standing – 9″11′
Running Jump – 10’6″

I gained 5.5 inches in 6 weeks of training.  Listen to this episode as I go through the changes I made to my workouts to achieve this type of results.
