I now joined a local fitness facility that is running specific jump training sessions. So far, in two sessions this is a very different approach than your typical plyometric training, or heavy weight training. With the Keiser training machines, the sessions are already working both the speed and strength components, targeted to specific muscle groups, yet doing it in a way that is non-impact saving unnecessary strain on joints and ligaments.
I feel soreness only in my muscles.
My glutes are highly targeted using these machines.
