EP6 New Squat Max [after break] + Mastery and Using Imagery to Reach New Heights

George Loenard’s book¬†Mastery: The Keys to Success and Long-Term Fulfillment brings to light some important concepts when focusing on reaching new heights in your practicing and growth.

After taking a second break from intense training, I have now reached my original goal of squatting 225 lbs.  The new plateau has been reached and I wish to make this my new norm as I prepare the next goals.
